Dr Kratzer is a great addition to the practice. She is thorough and always seeks a patient's feedback. The team at this office is always pleasant and professional.
Lori was absolutely wonderful. She was very gentle and my teeth felt sparkly clean afterwards. My 2 year old had to come along and she entertained her the entire time making it fun for her too.
The staff is so friendly and courteous, they put you at ease. I used to dread going to the dentist but now I go knowing I will get excellent care from every staff member. Keep up the excellent work.
