Run the other way. Dr Newman almost killed my husband. Diagnosed and treated him for the wrong kind of cancer a few years ago. Made him so sick that he almost died. Couldn’t get my husband out of the hospital fast enough in order to see another doctor because another urologist wouldn’t come to that hospital. Thankfully my husband is alive and well but not because of Dr Newman. It had taken me this long to get over my anger just to leave this review.
After three preliminary visits, I am impressed by office staff and very reasonable wait times. Dr. Lawrence is very professional in doctor/patient intercourse. Does not appear self-centered. I will have more to say following Turp surgery.

Dr. Newman agreed to perform the Green Light Laser surgery for my BPH Surgery - he had been "Coached" by my referral doctor, that was the only procedure I would accept. Instead he lied to me & performed the TURP procedure with resulted in me losing all my Sex Drive Libido. He knew he wouldn't get my business if he didn't agree to the Green Light procedure. How many other thing do you suppose he’s lying about, since his Standards of Ethics seems easily compromised with his ambition & Greed.
Very good doctor and more importantly a decent human being who cares about his patients.
Excellent doctor. He showed caring qualities to my father (who was the patient)and family members. Explained the problem and plan of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Newman.
I was referred to Dr. L. Newman, and was I grateful. Dr. Newman is my hero. A urological problem can be and is extremely uncomfortable so I was extremely thankful to him when he zeroed right in on the cause and treatment of my problem. His office is very well run, his office hours are made to accommodate his patients; even the parking is great. Thank you Dr. Newman. I am happy to recommend you.
Great Doctor.
He was the worst Doctor I've ever seen. I do not recommend him at all. He caused unnecessary pain and did not explain why he was doing so. He made offensive comments about those on medical assistance and I had to ask his staff for bandages and also to ask the doctor for a pain prescription after he stuck a needle into my open wound, causing it to bleed profusely.
