Wait is too long. 4 minutes of the doctors time to tell me lower back pain is not his specialty is a joke! Ummmm... Doctor of Orthopedic Specialty. It is a joint. No matter what part of my body. All the X rays they take and he never even mentions that. They made sure the Co-pay was collected and insurance information was correct. He is sending me to a "Pain Management Specialist"! Very satisfied with my visit today with Dr. Jorge Rodriguez. He was polite, professional & down to earth. I'm glad my finger won't require surgery.
My daughter had surgery here last week and everyone was wonderful. Although it was a pretty routine surgery no one on the staff treated it like it was routine for us, and understood my nervousness. Everyone was professional and very kind. My daughter received several follow up calls after surgery to ensure she was doing well. Thank you!
Wonderful doctor - Canizares. But his secretary is a nightmare! I am supposed to have surgery in 4 days and still don't have a time or pre-op instructions. They have a surgicenter there (mysteriously not mentioned on their website) and was given it by said secretary as the only alternative with a firm surgery date (Bayfront "mid April" . . St. Anthony's "mid May".) So I pay either double what I would with Eaton Ortho - bite the bullet and pay "out of network" costs to have it done Thursday or try to find another MD or beg Ea... read more
