Dr Chase was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. He did not encourage me to do additional procedures above what I was looking to accomplish. He has a wealth of experience and cane highly recommended from a close friend who had fabulous results from his plastic surgery techniques. I would also recommend Dr Chase.
I received complete care from the front desk to the Dr. He was excellent to hear my concerns and explained in detail and patience what the expectations were. Dr. Chase was very caring and took care to listen and explain everything. I felt comfortable under his care.
I like this guy! Dr Chase had studied my hand injury in advance and had talked with the imaging doctor before I came in. He was well prepared and discussed my options and made recommendations based on his findings. He maticulous and thorough. He took time with me and was not rushed.
Dr. Chase is great! I've had a few things done by him and he is very good at what he does. He spent a lot of time talking about each procedure - I came in anytime I had a concern - I would recommend him to anybody - obviously I used him a couple of times and have been very happy.
Was very rude to my mother. And had no concern for her pain levels and was very inconsiderate when she tried to explain how much pain she was in, and acted very annoyed and put out when she flinched when he bent her finger. Will not be going back!!!!
Very discouraged would be a understatement. After receiving my surgery, I was left with some discouragement, concerns and questions regarding results. Attempts were made to contact the office, but instead were met with return letters of defensiveness from Dr. Chase. Needless to say very unprofessional and offensive. Do your research well and make sure you find a surgeon who cares about his patients, and is willing to be a important part in your decision making and desired results with surgery.
Dr. Chase is a good doctor just very unapproachable, sometimes questions are answered in a demeaning way, not sure if he means to be this way. Wish he spent more time going over final decisions before surgery to ensure patient satisfaction. He leaves a lot to be determined on your own or with the medical assistants. Although surgery went well and follow up care was good, I'm a little discouraged with results. Wish he would have provided more input before surgery.
