Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I was confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were doing. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best. He was a genuinely caring person.
I have gone to Dr. Hauser for years, and I always enjoy my appointments. He is extremely good at determining what you need to feel better, and appreciates the feedback you give him about your treatment. He and his staff are very helpful and attentive. Their office is quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax and get the most out of your appointment. I feel completely confident that I'm getting the best care there is with him. The information is incorrect, Dr. Hauser doesn't take any insurance, for anyone unable to pay cash for his services, good luck, find someone else.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I called to reschedule my appointment because I wasn't going to have enough money in my HSA account to pay for his rather expensive visit ($280.00), and the receptionist refused to reschedule me because I was cancelling my first appointment. She said it was their "policy". Don't waste your time with this loser...I can only imagine how his nasty attitude comes out in his actual treatment of patients.
