Although Dr. Roba's service to her patients is exceptional, her billing department is well below acceptable. To start you cannot pay online, and they do not accept credit cards. They are "kind enough" to accept cash or checks. These are VERY antiquated methods of payment. My mother took cash down to her last appointment. She paid what they claimed she owed (with cash) and requested to pay for the appointment she was about to have, she was told she owed nothing.
