What a great experience! From the initial consultation, I found Dr Willoughby down to earth, realistic, and very caring. We discussed the procedure thoroughly and I felt I was in very capable hands. The day of the surgery I remember hearing Dr Willoughby talk to her team as I was drifting off; she sounded so confident and relaxed that my last thought was “I have nothing to worry about“. And I was right. The follow up has also been thorough. She cares and it really shows!

In my experience, Dr. Willoughby and ‘team’ are great. Given how busy the OT Hospital is, appointment times were set and overall ran to time. Dr. Willoughby was attentive to my injury and gave clear instruction on management. Follow-up from the therapists in rehabilitation services was clear and very helpful. I believe everyone in the clinic is trying (really) hard and providing quality service in busy/trying timelines. I am grateful for the help.
