I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Willoughby and her office. From the very first day I walked into her office, I truly felt like I was in the best possible hands. I missed an appointment to see the doctor. When I called to reschedule the appointment the receptionist was incredibly short tempered, rude and unhelpful. I don’t understand why someone who clearly hates dealing with people would take a job where your sole responsibility is to deal with people who are injured and seeking medical care. It may just be because I have a foreign sounding name, who knows. In any case avoid this office if you can, the receptionist is the human form of waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

What a great experience! From the initial consultation, I found Dr Willoughby down to earth, realistic, and very caring. We discussed the procedure thoroughly and I felt I was in very capable hands. The day of the surgery I remember hearing Dr Willoughby talk to her team as I was drifting off; she sounded so confident and relaxed that my last thought was “I have nothing to worry about“. And I was right. The follow up has also been thorough. She cares and it really shows!
