I am so pleased with selecting complete women's care center and Dr Gibson. She took the time to listen to me, something lacking in my previous provider. The convenience of th lab and ultrasound in the same suite was also very nice.

Doctor offices make me nervous, but Dr. Zhou was so down to earth. I really appreciated her kindness. Lab tech was fast and super nice. She knew I was nervous and she made the experience good. Everyone I spoke too was nice and pleasant. I highly recommend. :).
Everything went perfectly. The ultrasound tech was very patient and made me feel comfortable and not self conscious about my bleeding. Totally distracted me with friendly conversation so I experienced no discomfort . Much appreciated. Also on a general note I appreciate the multiple modes of communication reminders that you send text, email, voicemail. She was extraordinary in her bedside manner and walking a new mom through the anxiety of IUD placement. Answered all my questions and attempted to make me feel as comfortable and secure in the procedure. It was not nearly as bad an experience as I had anticipated due in large part to Deonna's warm and confident manner.
The doctor was very sweet,understanding, and patient. The whole process was very non stressful and very welcoming.
