Prescribed a treatment plan for my daughter's eczema after a quick analysis. Very thankful!
She didn't listen to our issues and brushed us off and told us to go to a local clinic.. The whole point of using telehealth was to be able to do it from home.

I did not see Dr. Kyle in person only consulted her online. I had a severe cystic acne breakout on my forehead. She diagnosed it as acne rosacea. I saw two other practitioners in person and they told me that it was just regular acne (not rosacea). I then messaged Dr. Kyle and told her about her misdiagnosis and she never responded. She did send something saying “please submit follow up visit” a month after my visit. That is very likely to happen! Dr. Kyle deserves NO stars!
I love Dr Kyle, and she is very thorough, knowledgeable. Do not fall victim to becoming her patient only to have an urgent matter come up and be told that you can't be looked at for 8 months.
Dr. Kyle and her team were friendly, efficient, answered all of my questions and quickly changed plans to address all of my needs on the day of my visit.
Dr. Kile is the nicest person, so easy to talk to and can be very accommodating. Always a great experience.
I was delighted with the professional treatment by everyone in the office. The Dr and each staff member exhibited genuine concern for my well being. I am grateful to receive such complete and compassionate care.
