Dr. Bilbrew has a remarkable way to put patients at ease. She listened to my issues and questioned me in a way that said she actually heard what I was saying. I never felt that she was rushing to get to the next patient. That alone deserves recognition. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to give me options for my recovery process and get me started with all the other tests and things that needed to be done before any eventual surgery. I wanted to give Dr. Bilbrew an extra star! 5 stars is not enough. From the initial call, to the visit, to surgery, post surgery appointments it was always a superb! Because of her great customer service, bedside manners, the knowledge and the friendliness. My son and I felt comfortable with the whole process. She explained things so we can understand and the staff that she had chosen for the surgery we’re just as great. What I thought was a hip injury was actually lower back strain. Dr. Bilbrew was easy to converse with and forthright with her diagnosis.

I was involved in an accident which left my right hand and wrist in a lot of pain. She went above and beyond before, during, and after my surgery. Dr. Bilbrew is not only extremely knowledgeable but she was also extremely attentive. She took the time to explain each step of treatment to me in a way which I could understand. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bilbrew for making my road to recovery as quick and easy as possible. After her treatment, I am pain free! I owe it all to Dr. Bilbrew!

I tore my Achilles Tendon playing flag football and was pretty bummed about it. I was referred to Dr. Bilbrew and was blown away by how attentive and thorough she was. She immediately put me at ease and proceeded to treat my injury. Dr. Bilbrew made me feel like I was family and that I was in good hands. She set the right expectations and with the assistance of her great staff, they followed through on everything. Dr. Bilbrew and her team were phenomenal and very professional!
