This review is for the billing department of Natural Pediatrics. Dr. Lata is fantastic. It has been a nightmare to get a hold of billing department of Natural Pediatrics, they keep saying someone WFH and the only way to reach out is by email, but we never get a response back. I have been trying to get them to submit a claim so it can be processed since they took money out of pocket at the time of the visit. Billing wise, stay away from this place.
