My experience yesterday was very good. The staff is very thorough and Rachel made me feel very comfortable. The virus precautions were exceptional.

Had an issue and was given an appointment. All went extremely well. Wonderful folks and knowledgeable.
Southport Dental was able to give me an appointment within an hour of my call. Once there, they immediately took care of my issue with professional attention. I highly recommend them as all of the staff are courteous and friendly.
I had my 6 month scheduled cleaning, yesterday, (one month late, due to corona virus office closure). From a week before, until the actual office visit, I was contacted, to either delay my visit, or be put at ease that all services would be proceeded in a safe way. The office called the day prior to my appointment, with screening questions, and then I was met in the parking lot, the day of my visit, with my temperature being taken and was asked again, the screening questions. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. I have had a lot of dental work over the years, including crowns. The treatment provided by Dr. Munson and her assistant Brooke was exceptional! Because of their gentle touch and great care I didn’t experience soreness or even tenderness once the numbness wore off! They are AWESOME!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
When I am in the "chair," how my dentist administers the novocaine, the amount of pressure using the various instruments can greatly change my experience. No worries with Dr. Munson. Great hands.
