Dr Dodge has been my treating physician for over 15 years. I have multiple issues with both my cervical and lumbar spine, and he's always provided me with the best care. He discusses all the options and lets the patient make their own decision without pressure to do surgery or other invasive procedures. I trust him completely and even though I've moved away from San Diego, I still drive the distance. Exceptional doctors are hard to find and Dr Dodge is one of the best.

I had a consult with Dr. Dodge for lower back pain. He got me authorization for steroid injections and ask me to follow up. When I asked for a follow up appointment after the injection, I was told that Dr. Dodge dropped my case because I wasn't a candidate for surgery. Why didn't he tell me that at the consult? Now I'm having a hard time finding another doctor. Also for the initial appointment, staff wouldn't fax me an appointment confirmation so I could show my work.
