Over the last 5 months with Dr. Pauly have been great. It started out rough because of BCBS not cooperating with the office. But they have been able to work with me until Pauly was approved to be in network with BCBS. I have been going to this dentist clinic for as long I can remember starting with Lance. Everyone in this office will treat you like family. Pauly is very descriptive on what needs to been worked on and what causes some problems. I will continue working with them for the foreseeable future.
I'm switching my review to a 1 star because recently they have switched doctors. What they didn't tell me was that blue cross blue shield was now out of network and proceeded to work on my teeth. All they said is "we are working with them" I got my preview of my bill and was outraged blue cross didn't cover anything, called blue cross and they said they were out of network but the dentist office denied that and told me they're still working with them. Now I'm stuck with an outrageous bill. I will now be switching dentist.
I have been going there from the very first time they opened and ALL the staff is very friendly. My daughter, son and grandkids all go there and they are the best. I would never take my business elsewhere. . All of my family have referred patients there and they have also have had great experiences with all their staff. I highly recommend them.
Dr Lance is the best!
Excellent and compassionate! Verry knowledgeable, intelligent individuals. They have taken excellent care of my family for decades!
