Waited 2 hrs to see him. Very rude and first visit! I've never been treated the way he treated me today and I have been a compliant pain management patient with different Drs in different states due to moving. There is better treatment that is worth your money. Also he is a DO and I noticed he didn't know what my reasons for pain are. Asked if I had fibromyalgia?!?!. Gonna see an MD pain specialist who made it through medical school because he clearly treats pts like garage. Stressed out!
do not go to this doctor. i have been in healthcare 25 years and have never been treated this poorly. i was told by the assistant while waiting for a procedure to "be quiet" so i can finish what im doing, then dr nguyen scolds me severely and more or less threatens to never see me again. people are run in and out of there in a hurry like a cattle farm, i have never experienced something like this, doga get more compassion at the vet. need i say more? its a real circus i will never go back ever
Do not waste your time in seeing this doctor, he will mislead you, and even lie to a patient. Even with documented evidence that the patient has chronic pain 24/7.
I saw in 8/3/16 and didn't not like him at all! He was very short with me and treated me like I was a child. His PA was with him and when I was trying to talk to him he would openly laugh or snicker at what I said then would look at his PA. He is very rude! I called my Primary Care Physician who referred me to him and I told him to NEVER send anyone over to him again. He won't last in this profession as there are caring doctors out there that truly want to help people.
I had my first appointment with Dr Nguyen in May 2016 . After waiting for my appointment, when he came in he didn't even introduce himself or make eye contact. Every thing he promised about my treatment was a lie. It is 7-22-16 I have been back several times I have not seen the Dr. He has not done anything about my back pain, and yes they treat you like your a drug addict when it was a Dr. that put us on the Meds. instead of fixing the problems !
He promises continuity of care that works for each patient. He starts out that way. Once you begin to trust him with your care he begins changing medications. Switching them for meds that do not manage pain at all. You ask to be put back on medications that helped previously. Goes down-hill from there. M.D. and some of his staff accuse you of just wanting the high. All I have ever wanted is to have some pain relief. I'd love to be able to go for walks & do Yoga. Now he refuses to see me.
