It went very well, I like her she makes you laugh but is very serious about what she do.
She take the right time to explain everything. She really show interest in take care of our situations. Also she show appreciation to her patient. The office clean and neat. Staffing the best one. I always revived the best service. Starting with receptionist then Dr assistant and the best Dr. Casanova. I visited the office from 2010 and ALWAYS I received the great experience.
She is the absolute best! Always make you feel comfortable and very easy to speak with. All the staff in fact is very friendly and easy to speak with. Love Dr. Casanova and staff!!!
I avoided going to the doctor for years due to some bad experiences but Dr. Casanova put me at ease immediately. She is professional, caring and you feel like you’re family while there. She takes the time to listen and explain. You definitely get the feeling that she actually cares about you and your health and she’s not going to bs you on anything or rush you through so she can take the next patient. A rare gem of a doctor these days.
She is very nice and professional with her patients and you feel respected. Her office staff is amazing and the office looks impecable. I highly recommend Dr. Casanova.
