I visited Dr. Kuk’s office diabetic eye check up. While filling the initial forms I declined the retraction service. When I was checking out, I was told to pay $60 for the retraction service which was not told about. I was not given any idea while performing this. It appears they check your vision. I didn’t need this service as I have vision insurance which covers that. Very upset about this mall practice of eluding unwanted services. I am not sure if I will go there again.
