I bought a Groupon for 40 units but usually get 28 units so I don’t look overdone. Every other provider has been able to save the remaining units for me. They said they couldn’t do that because they don’t keep charts for you which is crazy! I paid for 40 units. This should be clear on the Groupon site. ALSO I said I wanted brow lift and I know the placement - she put it for crows feet after I said I don’t need it there I want it for brow lift. She didn’t listen to me. Dr Egan has a great combination of empathy and knowledge. She explained everything in a clear manner about what was happening and what to expect. I felt comforted by her bedside manner.
Friendly and approachable front staff. Came to the office with a Groupon for botox and received my injectables from a Dr. Will be coming back for more.
Dr. Egen’s assistant Stephanie is friendly and welcoming. I’m always taken on time and Dr. Egen is a quick, skilled and fabulous injector.
Dr Egan totally took care of Business with my Throat in my first consultation. I appreciated that very much.
