We have been waiting for 3.5 weeks to get a prescription preauthorized. Her nurse at the Fox Chapel office is unreliable and disrespectful. She does not care about her patients or their health. They won’t answer their phone calls and do not have time or feel an obligation to assist their patients by making a simple phone call on their patients behalf. I highly discourage anyone that has a serious health problem to use this office.

Make an appt. if you got 2 hours to wait, but don't expect the office staff to tell you that she is running late, I drove 45 minutes for my appt. and the staff knew she was running late over an hour and never mentioned it to 2 other patients and myself. All of us walked out, I tried calling when I got home to complain 7 times but only got the voice mail. Fox Chapel Dermatology has gone from a 10 when Dr. Casario was there to a 0.
