Dr Hoffman has been my family doctor for 7 years. Over the years, I’ve come to fully trust her and the care she provides. She’s also very friendly and listens to me. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Hoffman is GREAT physician. She is professional and friendly. She is frank and informative. Most importantly, she listens.
My husband had an 8:30 a.m. appt. with Dr. Hoffman for a first time visit. We walked into the office at 8:35 since we hit traffic on the way. We were told by Elizabeth at front desk, who told us my husband had an 8:20 appt and since we were 15 mins late she would have to ask the doctor if she could see him. The doctor was in with someone else. While we waited 20 mins someone who had an appt after him went in to see dr. before us . He was never seen that day & dr didn't call back as we ask

Don't ever leave without a receipt from your copay. You will regret it latter on say in 6 months when it is missing. Be prepared to wait a long time. I have actually walked out of her office after waiting 35 minutes for her to return from lunch. My time is just as important as hers. When the office staff calls you regarding labs don't ask them any questions because they will never contact you back. I know from experience. Dr Hoffman doesn't listen to you when you are asking questions.
Extremely long wait time. 7:00 appointment, which is when the office opens, and still waiting to be seen 55 minutes later. Seems to be a regular occurrence. Will be finding a new doctor.
Extreamly poor service and incompetent and rude staff members.
