Just had the absolute worst customer service experience with the receptionist for Dr. Hoffman. Have been seeing Dr. Hoffman for over 5 years now, and never have I been told I can't speak to Dr. Hoffman, or not even honor a request to have her call me at her convenience, until today. All I got was an egotistical administrator, who raved about working in the office for 9 years, that refused to even contact my insurance company in reference to an adjustment in a referral, which is what the insurance company told me to have my p... read more
She has been our Family Dr for over 20 years, since She was in Friendswood, always so attentive. She has taken care of us and kept us healthy. So happy we found a Dr who does not just rush in and out.
Started as a wonderful and friendly doctor but became unfriendly. So disappointed.
First visit. Very impressed with the attention she paid to everything I had to say. Very helpful in recommending other specialists that I needed. I plan to stay with her. ??
Dr. Hoffman has been our PCP for over 10 years. Several years ago, she diagnosed an obscure abdominal issue for me and referred me to a specialist who fixed the problem. Without her early diagnosis, this could have been very problematic for me! Her staff is very helpful and responsive also.
Dr. Hoffman takes the time to listens to you concerns and does not hesitate to make the appropriate referrals. Her staff is attentive and gets information to Dr. Hoffman immediately.

I like her a lot has a dr. Easy to talk to. She’s listens and stays on top of things. However... she is always running an hour or more late. Every time. She over books appointments everyday. She could be one of the best doctors in my book IF she would stop keeping patients waiting and respect our time.
Dr Hoffman has been my primary care Dr. for over 10 years. She is very thorough.
