So hard to talk to someone even to schedule appointments. Then when you get there you sit in waiting area for 2 hours past appointment time with no reason given or an update. Horrible staff will not go here again.

Dr Kress is a very good Dr. The staff seem ok. The progressives I ordered were 300 dollars. Came in bent and not wearable. Then when tried on they had so much glare you cant drive with them. 40 dollars for anti Glare? Lmao no i dont think so . Glasses returned. Never to be a customer again.
