The doctor is ok, the staff is the worst ever. They are simply incompetent and can't even do a simple job. They got my insurance information wrong and didn't even know that so I was charged as if I didn't have insurance.

In order to make appt. it has to all done all online using two different web portals and to be able to book your appt. you must attach a credit card and they don't tell you that you will be charged a $50 annual administrative fee that is non-refundable! They don't tell you that you must check-in one hour prior to you appt. which they charge you a $25 no show fee regardless of your there in the office in person on time. They get a credit card for an office fee and additional hidden charges.

I called office in hopes of finding a new gynecologist; the ease of the call was poor. After giving receptionist all of the pertinent information, I was told I couldn't make an appointment without a valid email address, fees would be added if cancelled or no show(excuse would be determined if reasonable or not), and if paperwork wasn't completed 48 hours before the actual appointment via portal, fees would be added. Valid debit or credit card info was requested before appt. No way!
