My experience with Dr. Sims has been wonderful for my past few visits. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor which I enjoy. I am looking forward to working with her in the future.

This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever had! I tried to support this lady but she does not need to have a license! No one answers the phone and she wants you to come back in for results that could be given over the phone just to collect a copay! Buyer BEWARE. This place is a rip off from start to finish. The concern is financial, not well being.
Portal is a horrible experience.You can't get a live voice on phone.New patient and not aware that 24 hr online appt check-in was required. After my appt Dr. said she was billing me a $25 non check-in fee. You can't pay your copay in office. Everything has to be done through confusing portal. My invoice was paid over two months ago and I still receive mailings and automated calls regarding invoice due. Tell everyone not to waste time. Wanted to support her but bad experience. Will not return.
I have never met Dr Sims, but the way her staff responds to patients is very poor. Their patient portal was never functional & no one helped on the phone or otherwise. They changed the appt location & didn't tell me. Her NASA office moved and the people on the phone didn't know anything about it. After 2 phone calls & 27 minutes after the appt, sent me the address & txt saying I should have gone into the portal, and charged me for a no-show, even though the portal never worked
When I made this appointment the day before I was to go in at 10, I was to receive an e-mail for patient info that needed to be filled out before my appointment or that it would be canceled. 3 hours later-no email, I call again and was informed it can take up to 72 hours to process. I was advised to arrive early, I arrived at 9:30, 50m later Sims "kindly" explained what I had not done, that the email was sent and she had proof and it would take at least 30m to see me. Extremely condescending.
