I love Dr. Sims, it is the way her business is conducted that i don't love. Because her scheduling staff are a third party company, they cannot help with any questions regarding appointments and what can be done or not. I thought I was going in for a procedure but it was actually just a follow up that could have been done virtually instead of in office. When I asked the scheduler she was clueless. They also ask the same questions about your address, phone number, and policy number.

This was the best doctor's appointment I've ever had. Dr. Sims is a great listener and I love the fact that she focuses a holistic approach to my wellness. It felt like a partnership between the doctor and myself.

Dr. Sims is attentive and friendly. However, dealing with the staff has been a nightmare. I'm not sure if it is a lack of competency or caring. I tried diligently to get my test results and a routine prescription for over a month with no success. I used the patient portal, e-mail, and even called twice. My calls have not been returned and anonymous responders on the patient portal were rude and unhelpful. If the staff nurses do not respect and help patients, it says something about the practice.

As a new patient I was told that since I have not had an irregular pap before she didn't need to check for another 2 years. I believe it is good practice to do a pap unless paperwork was provided from a previous ObGyn. Dr. Sims also wanted me to get frequent lab work. This includes my HgbA1c which is a 3 month average of blood glucose yet she was asking me to check every month. She also wanted to start me on an oral diabetic agent because my HgbA1c was ~5.9. I do not believe this is best practic

Dr. Sims made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She was very professional, compassionate, and straight forward. I have searched for the perfect gynecologist, and I've finally found her!

I travel 3 hours to see Dr. Sims because she is so awesome! Takes the time to answer all your questions and always looking out for the best outcomes for the client.

Fantastic listener easy to talk to gentle and very knowledgeable Dr sims told me in plain language what the problem was and why then gave me my options

I tried to see Dr Sims but the staff made it impossible. Worst staff ever. I am not sure how this business is successful. I am sure the doctor is fantastic but it is really not worth the trouble. I tried to get an appointment for 2 months.

Bad experience.It took 4 days to send a prescription and after many calls they told me they can mail me the prescription! It took too many messages back and forth to schedule an appointment as you are forced to schedule appointment through portal,they changed the appointment location to very far location without asking me if i'm ok to go to that location.they took$50 for admin fees and when i told them i'm not satisfied with your service& will not come again and want to refund$50,they refused.
