Great doctor
Dr Shamlou is a truly awesome Orthopaedic M.D. however his Staff is very rude and very unprofessional. I called 3 times since this past Monday and no return call, why have phones and an office staff and no calls are returned, really is very pathetic to say the very least. There are several other orthopaedic doctors that deal with PIH Hospital who also have good Reviews, time to move on to another doctor. Good luck to those of you looking for a decent orthopaedist, be very leary of the office staaff.
After total knee I got no physical therapy at home and not enough pain relief to move around without excruciating pain I sent home with no help Office staff careless to assist after surgery and simply wash off their hand
The number listed on their business card and online does not ring, and states time after time the call has failed. Some Dr. Park at this location also told my dad he has cancer but didn't even know my dad had taken PET scans, CT scans and MRI's for a further evaluation. The office here is so unorganized. Don't waste your time here. Torrance Memorial has more competent doctors and will be seeking treatment there.
I don’t like that they turn off the phones at 3 pm. When the office closes at 4:30 pm. It’s very difficult making an appointment.
