On 7 APR 2023, I had an appointment with Dr. Flippo at 3:15pm where she was to review the results of the MRI that I had on 5 APR 2023 for my breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Flippo was delayed and my wife and I sat in an examining room for 1 hour and 15 minutes and NOBODY in the office thought enough of us to tell us what was going on, why we had to wait so long, whether we could reschedule. Dr. Flippo is compassionate and thorough. I never doubt that she has the best plan and treatment for me. She answers questions and makes sure I understand. Her diligent care and ability to understand my fears or worries has made all the difference and helped me get through treatment . She has a great team who are also caring and efficient. My family and I are so thankful she is my doctor. I always look forward to my appointments. I have recommended other family members who have also found her care to be excellent.
