I was referred by my Dr but I refuse to go back after my experience. Front desk staff doesn't return calls. Nobody answers the phones on Friday. Nurses gossip about people and do not talk quietly. I explained to the nurse that I have had experienced passing out after being on anesthesia, I've had quite a few surgeries so I know to let them know this has happened even with local anesthesia. I used this office 3 years ago. I was very pleased with the staff and the doctor. Today I had my pre-appointment for a colonoscopy. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. Based on my experience last time and my experience today, I would highly recommend them.
I want to share my experience. The reviews (1's & 2's) are very similar to the experience I had with this office. Thank God I took the reviews into consideration before my procedure. I too never met Dr. Muniyappa for or during my consultation. I was scheduled for an appointment, given a prescription and instructions to prepare for the procedure. Ok first of all, I love Dr Muniyappa and he is a good Dr. but his staff is unbelievably rude! An elder man came in behind me (I was the only patient at the time) and we both signed in and no one even looked up at us or acknowledged us so we both sat down and 4 other people came in behind us and finally someone came to the window and stared scratching names of the sign in list and called everyone but the two of us which are here first and when the elderly man got up to question it and was cut off from what he was saying by th... read more
Never again! Like everyone else has said, horrible communication. Found out they switched my meds on me only because I got mail from my pharmacy smh. And when I called and left messages it was over a week before I got called back.
