Waited a month and a half for an appointment. Recieved multiple texts reminding me of the appointment and that if I canceled within 48 hours I'd be charged a fee. Day of appointment rolls around and his office is calling me to reschedule. Where's my fee? If I owe yall for cancelling y'all should owe me for it too. Waiting a month and a half for an appointment is bad enough but then to be told I would owe money for cancelling then getting canceled on is total bullshit.
Took my sister yesterday that has a neurological problem. She has anemia,She cannot drink the prep for a colonoscopy.The nurse practitioner did not even touch her. She didn’t listen to her lungs,heart or feel her belly. Very disappointed I’ve been a nurse for 32 years and worked in GI for 17 at another facility. This is unacceptable as a new patient. You are supposed to do a history of physical. what should I do?
Helpful. Pleasant. No long wait. The doctor told me the truth. No nonsense about coming back just so they can bill you.
Dr. Muniyappa and his staff are wonderful! I had an excellent experience getting my colonoscopy done. The doctor went above and beyond by calling the pharmacy twice—once to ensure my preparation kit was filled and again to help apply a discount. Highly recommend!
I was referred by my Dr but I refuse to go back after my experience. Front desk staff doesn't return calls. Nobody answers the phones on Friday. Nurses gossip about people and do not talk quietly. I explained to the nurse that I have had experienced passing out after being on anesthesia, I've had quite a few surgeries so I know to let them know this has happened even with local anesthesia.
