Answered all my questions. Gave good feedback, answers and care.
My appointment lasted about 4 minutes. I had a list of questions, and did not get answers or attention to them. After the follow-up nurse was about to administer the wrong procedure, I explained my dissatisfaction at being rushed through and not getting proper treatment. In the past, Dr. Woelffer has been funny, but sometimes not appropriately. He is knowledgeable and I trust his treatment,, when I get them! The office staff is fabulous.
Dr Woelffer was quick to diagnose my foot problem and offered a home remedy to help ease the pain. He has a great personality and even made my child who was with me feel welcome. He also followed up with me a week after the visit to see how I was feeling. Excellent Doctor!
Made a scaredy cat feel totally comfortable. Dr. Woelffer has an engaging personality and keeps you talking while he works. It quells the fear. He is gentle and respectful. He also gives good advice and is very professional. I now have trust and will return if I need any issues in the future. The office staff was welcoming and very friendly.
Instead of suggesting for cure , i feel he was trying to sell me his overpriced products!
