I strongly recommend Dr. Woelffer. He helped me with an ankle tendon that had been a problem for several years. Other podiatrists had already treated it, without good results.
Dr. Woelffer was friendly and knowledgeable about my pain, and how to treat me to get me back active quickly.

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr, Woelffer has a wonderful sense of humor that made the visit very enjoyable. He examined my feet, provided me with short term & long term options and wrote the information down. He confirmed I had a grasp on the options and we then determined the plan moving forward. All of this was done with various bits of humor sprinkled in to keep the conversation light but informative. His staff followed up on his heels

I took my son to see Dr. Woelffer after having a horror story of a first visit to another place for an ingrown toenail. While this can't be a pain free procedure, he was amazing with a 13 year old that was very close to a panic attack going in. The humor, time, and just overall care for us was wonderful. We want him to be our doctor for everything now!
Excellent care, knowledgeable, allowed me the ability to understand my condition and gave all the options. Feeling much better since my visit. Highly recommend!
Would NOT recommend Dr. Woelffer. He fitted me for orthotics. Went back b/c they never seemed to work for my issues. He just said -"Well don't wear them." WHAT!? I was so dumbfounded. I spent a lot of $. He didn't even have me try them on to make sure they fit properly. (You pick them up from Richey&Co. & not from Dr. ) Also, at same appt. -had a toe injury. He just gave me a shot and a stiff shoe and said it would be fine in a week with ice. Got 2nd opinion- actually fractured toe.
My Endocrinologist referred me to Raleigh Foot & Ankle Center where I was scheduled with Dr. Woelffer. My appointment took place on 07 December 2016. From the moment that he entered the examination room, Dr. Woelffer was personable and caring. He listened carefully and proceeded to conduct a thorough exam while explaining in detail what he was doing. I was completely at ease the entire time. I was also impressed with the nurse, Paige, as she was very knowledgeable and professional.
