I enjoyed my time spent with the Doctor. Very professional.
I have been coming to Dr Chin for more than 3 years and i all can say is that he is an excellent doctor, i will recommend him to any friend or family member. His staff is extremely nice and pleasant they will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of visit, very accessible to getting a hold of any of them at any time via phone call.
Dr.Chin does not take care of his patients when there are complications. He does not answer his calls and it is impossible to get a hold of him when there is a problem. This is patient abandonment at its worst! Be very careful when you choose your surgeon!
Very professional , It was a clean office and the wait time wasn't bad.. Dr Chin explained in detail what was wrong and what he planned to do. I will recommend his services to any of my friends
My Experience with Dr Chin and his staff was excellent until their was an accident with a surgery that Dr Chin performed. He needed to fix the problem. Once he is paid he no longer takes ownership for his faults, Dr Chin no longer returns your phone calls. The bad thing is that he cant be held accountable for his actions because he has very little liability coverage. Everything else is in other peoples names. So he can cause harm an never have to face it or ever help the patient ever again.
