Dr. Silvers was recommended by my primary care physician. This was my first visit to her and I was very satisfied. I particularly liked the fact that she took the time to talk to me and to answer all questions that I had. While I can't really judge her technical expertise, I have no reason to doubt her skill, judgement, or competence. Overall a much more pleasant visit than I've had with other local dermatologists. Note: their office is in "suite 3" but you go in "door 2" to get to it.

Was referred by my GP to follow up with a dermatologist about a rash. As a 1st time patient, one would think you'd get a full exam, checked over for moles, cancer, etc. Not with this Dr. Her assistant addressed the issue I was having, and that was it. Neither knew what the rash was, and instead of dealing with it then, said to put cream on it for another month and come back. I said no. She injected a steroid shot that didn't work. NOT IMPRESSED!!! WILL NOT GO BACK. INCOMPETENCE.

The doctor and her assistant are both very good. The office staff however can be rude, argumentative, seriously misinformed about insurance to the point of incorrectly denying service, and unwilling to admit when they were wrong. I would not recommend going to this practice unless you have no other option or have insurance that you are sure they currently accept and will continue to accept.
