Saw Dr Bashir for the second time in 2 years. My patient notes from this last visit was a duplicate of my initial appointment. No documentation of my presenting compliants/ symptoms. To top it off the UAB patient portal deleted a message response from a physician letting me know Dr. Bashir was on vacation but would respond upon his return. That was over 3 weeks ago. Dr. Bashir promised me he would review my most recent MRIs and get back to me. NOTHING. I GUESS I’M NOT IMPORTANT.
He has been my doctor since 2006. Bashir is always friendly even if he's having a bad day he is always professional. he listens to my thoughts and concerns and he will answer any question I have, even through the uab app. Bashir is the Only doctor I trust!
