I have nothing but high marks for the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Pham. Underwent the rezum procedure with excellent results and very little discomfort. There were some recovery issues along the way but Dr Pham and staff were very attentive to my needs.
I was a patient for 2 yrs. I made an appointment and came in to the clinic writhing in pain while passing a large kidney stone. They made me wait for over an hour past my appointed time before someone came to talk to me. The staff treated me like @#$. When the ultrasound tech walked in the exam room I was crouched on the floor writhing in pain. She was indignant, saying 'What in the world is going on here.' You can believe in the negative reviews left here. Dr Pham is arrogant, inaccessible, uses fear to coerce patients into whatever he wants them to believe. In his pamphlet, available at the office's front desk, he states that he treats his patients as he treats his family. Pham must treat his loved ones with indifference and neglect. In general, Overlake Urology is the last place you want to go for your healthcare...
Saw him due to pain from varicoceles. He dismissed it as 'mild' and barely looked at it. He was very impatient when I asked more about the implications and how I can manage the pain. Unprofessional and would not recommend.
Told me the pain I was experiencing was from a 30 year old vasectomy but it turned out to be a hernia. I went through months of pain for nothing.
He is not a responsible doctor.. He left the patient after surgery... And dont give appointment.. Again.. And not receiving calll
dismissive, terrible bed side manner; went with freq/urgency symptoms and he was very dismissive, didn't explain anything
Dr. Pham treated a bladder infection I had for several years. He never curred it. He did a procedure, twice, and neither time did it relate to what I had but was covered by insurance and checked a box somewhere. It was like getting angioplasty for a rhythm problem, it brings up the cost of medical care but doesn't address the problem. When asked about medications he said what I was prescribed by his assistant was perfect and no need for change, then an hour later got updated and changed prescription and sent to a specialist ... read more
An amazing Doctor and wonderful nurses( I hope I remember their names to write them down) Dr. Pham with two professional nurses performed a robotic surgery for me for double kidney stons. He did an amazing job, and I am very happy and enjoying my life. Thank you Dr. Pham for your time and expertise. Thank you nice nurses. Me and my family love you.
