I had an appointment at 1:40 pm. I arrived at 1:10pm to complete new patient paperwork. Approx. 2:10pm place in an examine room. Finally, at 3:00pm I came out of the examine room to see what was taking so long. My appointment was 1:40pm, it's now 3:00pm. I was informed that they're 2 more patients ahead of me. I exited the facility. It is unbelievable that patients would be so stacked that a 1:40pm appointment could very well result in a 5:00pm exit. This is my very first review of this type.
