Dr Bowers does not care about his patients if something goes wrong. Something went wrong with my left knee replacement in 2022 and I have been trying ever since to find anyone who can fix it or help me. Pain management has not worked. Other orth surgeons will not see me to evaluate another Drs work (old boys club?). Meanwhile I am now at a point where I use a cane and walker and still no Doctors will see me or help me. Spent almost no time with me, gave multiple chances to engage in meaningful discussion about my history and multiple things that had been discussed and tried previously by other doctors… bottom line he was clearly not interested in me or my health
Dr. Bowers replaced my left knee. Surgery was very successful. He explained to me what to expect. Very personable. Spends time and answers all questions. I would highly recommend him.
1 year after knee replacement I went back because I was in more pain than before the replacement. Dr. did an X-ray and told me there was nothing structurally wrong and that was it. Went to my pain management Dr and he took 30 seconds to tell me what was damaged in my knee and pinpointed the exact spot. He knew exactly what was wrong and Dr. Bowers had no idea. Dr Bowers performed two knee replacements for me last year. To date, both replaced knees are doing great. Dr Bowers has a very pleasant demeanor and is very willing to answer questions. I recommend him for knee replacement surgery.
Dr. Bowers took his time to explain my options relating to my hip pain.He showed me what was going on on a picture of my hip. My wife and I were very impressed.
