Dr. Sumida provided excellent surgery with a major elbow break. On top of it all, he can sow very well. My scar is healing well and looks great, despite their being significant surgery. I am healing well and have much confidence in him and the physical therapist to whom he referred me.
Excellent..i wish all my doctors were as good as he is during visits. Very genuine caring and listens. Never feel rushed...
I have been to Dr. Sumida 2 times in the past 5 years. 1st was for a shoulder injury due to a car accident - the injury was a torn labrum which required surgery. Dr. S was amazing - his bed side manner was calm, reassuring & understanding as it was my first major surgery. 2nd injury was a really bad foot fracture - something that could have resulted in surgery but his treatment of casting/boot healed me wonderfully. Dr.S does seem a little shy but don't confuse this with rudeness! He is amazing!
No time for questions. Impolite and rude. Seemed generally bothered by my presence.
