Dr. K. Is great but don’t expect to have anyone call you back. Called 9am because my husband was in constant pain. Called 2 more times. Someone called me at 12:00pm. The person I needed had just gone to lunch. It’s 2:00pm still no one called. He desperately needs a spasm releiver. Also you have to listen to the worst, loud music while waiting.

Have been a patient for months without many issues but last week called several times to set up an appointment with no return calls so I went in person to get an appointment. On the day of appointment after I was already waiting 15 minutes past appointment time they announced in waiting room that dr Khoudary was running over an hr behind schedule. Rescheduled for another day . Let’s see how that goes.

I have heard that Dr. Khoudary is an excellent doctor. All of this was countered with extreme difficulty in dealing with his office staff. It was almost impossible to have a discussion with an actual person in his office regarding questions or for scheduling of appointments. Only voicemail was offered, and calls were not returned for up to 3 weeks, if at all. When they did return my call, they did not listen to my requests or concerns and bordered on being rude. For these reasons, I have elected to receive my elsewhere.

Dr. Khoudary is a very good Doctor, he cares individually with everyone. I recommend very much.
