Horrible. No respect for patients' time. Canceled an appointment 20 minutes before an early morning appointment. Rescheduled for later that week. I was a new patient and the first patient of the day. I saw him show up AFTER my appointment. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. No person was at the reception desk and no one came out to communicate any issues.
