I just had my LASIK done with Dr. Miller, and he is truly one of the best doctors I have seen in terms of bedside manner and explaining the procedure/how it works. I was a little nervous to get LASIK, but he answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel very at ease. He prepared me very well for the procedure, so I knew exactly what to expect. This review is for the staff. They are rudest staff I ever encountered with. Specially Melissa she is the worst of all. They yell at patients and talk to them with disrespect. She treats patients which English in not their first language like dirt. Hope Dr miller or whoever is responsible sees this review and take action. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful and give a bad name to Dr miller and UCLA in general. If you don't like your job you can move on to the next

We are forever thankful for Dr Millers miracle work on my moms eye.She had seen three specialists in Sweden where she is from, that said it couldn't be done, Too risky, they said because she only had one eye. So I brought her here. My husband is a doctor and had heard of Dr Miller so we called. My mom got in and a few months later came back and had her operation.It was a try miracle!
