I've been seeing Dr. K for a long time. He appears to be thorough and competent. Sometimes there is a wait, but this isn't unusual on most dr.'s offices. The wait time is worse at my ob/Gyn.
He was rude, uncaring and seemed in a big hurry to get me out of there.
Always late (20-25 min); I saw him rude to staff; attitude is brusque; he questioned me like he was reading off a checklist and it felt so artificial; feels like he doesn' "listen" to what you say, instead he counters with his opinion.
Nice & knowledgeable, but bedside manner could be improved. Punctuality is terrible.
He is extremely type A and rude to his staff. During the consult he would ask me a question and promptly interrupt me to ask another question. He left the room several times to attend to other patients. He did not listen to my questions or ideas at all. Also, at one point he offered me legal advice. FAIL.
*Dr. Kinback is both compassionate and effective. He shows a personal commitment to his patients that is rare. I highly recommend him. -G
I have been a patient for 4 years and Dr. Kinback has helped me a lot by getting me the right medication and resources to get on track. When I first had problems, I had to page him all the time on the weekends and he always called me back and was very kind and helpful and supportive. EXCELLENT DOCTOR!! I have been Dr. Kinback's patient for 4 years. I have always found him to be very professional, very personable and genuinely concerned about my overall health and wellbeing, unlike other psychiatrists I have seen. It is always easy to get an appointment and without a long lead time. I would happily recommend Dr. Kinback to any family or friends in need.
Dr. Kinback has always been professional and caring. Since beginning treatment I have maintained excellent mental health. I would recommend him without hesitation.
