Ten out of ten!! I love Dr. Potts and trust his judgment completely. His staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The whole team makes going to the dentist actually ... wait for it ... enjoyable!!
I have been Dr. Potts’s patient for about 4 years now and I absolutely love his practice. The entire staff is so nice and extremely knowledgeable - and the dental hygienist is the sweetest. Dr. Potts is an amazing professional and human being. He explains everything with patience and never rushes through appointments. I highly recommend his practice!
Dr. Potts & everyone at the practice are the best! The professionalism of staff, the genuine concern expressed for patients & the calm office atmosphere make for an enjoyable experience. I think it’s a plus that you can request music to have in the background during visits. Most important to me…friendly, relatable staff. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years….wow, does time fly.
Having been a patient of Dr. Potts for years I cannot say enough on the quality of care and attention to detail in his work. I moved away from Dallas for about 7 years and missed the care I received. Once we were in process of moving back to Dallas in 2024. , we called the office and requested the next available appointment! There is no substitution for quality!
