The entire staff ensures you feel welcome in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The front desk puts effort into trying to know each client’s name, and will assist you in any questions or requests, and they expedite your inquiries promptly to those that can answer if they do not have the answers. Dr. Potts will give any customer any relief from any anxiety with dentists with his personal approach to each client and a cool headband, even if you don’t like the Aggies.

I chose Dr. Potts because of his glowing Google reviews, but I now deeply regret it. While Dr. Potts and his staff seem pleasant, the quality of care and results we experienced were shockingly poor—and expensive. I went in with no pain in my tooth. Dr. Potts recommended fixing a cavity, but during the procedure, he closed it up without treating the cavity because it was “too deep.” A year later, that same tooth—previously pain-free—now bothers me with intermittent pain. Dr. Potts stays up to date on the latest science in dentistry, especially in airway health, and is way ahead of the curve compared to most providers. I appreciate his holistic approach to health. He has thoughtfully selected books that go beyond conventional knowledge displayed around his office to spark his patients’ curiosity which is a unique touch. He has such a kind and gentle nature.
