Office staff is RUDE (Front desk and Nurses). Completely unfriendly, nurse didn’t even greet me, just walked me back and had a ton of attitude during her questionnaire. I waited over 45 minutes to even go back for my appointment, and was told “they will get to you when they do” when I asked how much longer, by the front desk intake person. Needed to see Dr Parbhu for a plastics issue, outside of an eye exam, but they made me get one anyway. Had I been asked this in 2016 I would have given a very favorable review. Sadly about 6 months ago I realized that would be untrue. Dr. pardhu performed upper eyelid lift and removed the bags below my eyes. I was told these procedure outcomes would last approximately 10 years. Unfortunately my upper eyelid started to sag once again almost to the date 3 years after surgery. I couldn't open my eyes in the morning without prying open my lids in putting drops in. I was also having trouble driving at night as my vision clarity was reduced. After a number of baseline tests, Dr. Parbhu determined that there was treatment available to solve the dry eye problem. During the course of treatment, my dry eye became progressively better (oil production in my glands). Additionally, my night vision improved dramatically. I was given all information about the procedures. The surgical staff were excellent. Dr. Parbhu was accessible for questions and gave written instructions to follow and the results were terrific.
Every step of the way- initial exam, pre-surgery, surgery and follow up visits- the Dr and staff kept me up to date and informed. I feel that Dr Parbhu has a special gift as a surgeon, yes great knowledge but also hands I only can call "magic". I was a little nervous when the stitches were to come out- she got me laughing and when I stopped- the stitches had already been removed. This surgery has literally opened my eyes, my field of vision must be 50% better. My only regret?... how long I waited.
Dr. Parbhu was very cordial and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have been waiting 18 years for a Doctor that has the knowledge base, skill, and trust to properly diagnose and correct the Ptosis issue I had. I am extremely happy with the results and forever thankful for the work Dr. Parbhu has done. I highly recommend her to anyone--she's the best one I have met!
