I cannot recommend Dr. Keshini Parbhu highly enough, especially for complex procedures like eyelid reconstruction. My wait was minimal and Dr Parbhu removed the growth on my eyelid in short order.
I had a lower eye surgery with her, I got horrible scar tissue, dry eye, after 5 months, she told me I hurt her with me being upset about my surgery . She came highly recommended and now I’m faced with going to Miami or somewhere else to get corrective surgery. I’ll never forget her just dismissing me. Told me to wear a patch over my eye if the wind hurt because my eye won’t close because of the scar tissue.
I had a blocked tear duct and went from Dr to Dr. for 4 months none sure exactly what was (eye doctors and very large practice?) I was literally crying to my friend about what to do to find out what was going on with eye ,she recommended her , office staff great very efficient, she knew immediately what had and we tried several therapies but had to have surgery finally . This is by far the worst experience with any professional, much less a doctor! Her explanation of procedures she recommended were poor and condescending. Her office is POORLY managed. And there is much more to it. Lesson: carefully research BEFORE choosing!
Rude, could not answer basic questions on length of time between appointments, procedure times (she suggested 3 different procedures and could not answer any questions regarding scheduling) rushed through and very un-professional. Seems like she has turned into running a mill.
This lady took a bad dog bite all around my eye and put it back together. You can hardly tell anything happened. Well done. Amazing work. From your days at UAB.

My regular eye doctor highly recommended Dr Parbhu for a treatment I needed. Dr Parbhu was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
