All questions were answered clearly. Dr. Reichert provided a thorough explanation of pinched nerve problem, including review of MRI. Office staff were efficient and professional, appointment was on time and Dr. Reichert spent a generous amount of time making sure all options were understood.

Dr Smith was very compassionate with my mother. She treated her with dignity and respect. I would definitely recommend her as a provider to others.

He is very Rude and has no respect for his patients. He is rude to answering questions and does not offer to explain anything. You have to dig up your own questions but only to get sarcastic answers. You are treated like a number and inly supplied 2 minutes of information, very quick to wanting to get his appt. over with you.

Dr. Reichert is a blessing from God. Before I was referred to him, nothing else from any other doctor worked on my sciatica and crushed L4 + L5 disc. He was very honest from the start and told me that there was a possibility that the pain could be worse after the surgery. I refused initially until I couldn't get out of my car and scheduled the surgery. After the surgery, I was walking without pain the very next day. I did not even need physical therapy. May God bless that Man!

He took care of my mother when she had a broken neck and when we asked questions he always blew us off. He could not or would not tell us about her condition and after 11 days she passed away. To this day we do not understand what happened. He is brisk and quite rude.

Uncaring, unprofessional. If we had known his history, we NEVER would have allowed him to do surgery.

I trust his surgical abilities but I went to him with back pain to find out answers and he was very uninterested and very quick in the office. He left me hanging with no answers and all 3 times I went to him I waited over 45 min to see him and was in and out in 5 min. I was like he wasnt even in the office and he snuck in the back and started calling patients in a hurry. I went to someone eles and I found out I had 2 herniated discs and had back surgery.
