Still healing from back fusion just a couple of days post ...but I have to say Stacy and Dr. Reichert have been very understanding regarding the pain felt. Stacy is always friendly and helpful also returns my calls quickly :)Just a great person!! ..thank you! Dr.R discussed options and left it up to me and my wife. He was very open to discuss things and so far very pleased with the surgery. Thanks Doc and Company!
dr. reicheert is a very experienced dr. that had done surgery on me once before now. i trust him to make the right decisions for any future surgery. he is a 'mater-of-fact'.dr. It is his way or the highway.
Dr Reichert clipped 3 aneurysms for me in 2000. I am thankful every day for his incredible knowledge, excellent communication and extreme talent.
My procedure included relief from severe pain in the neck area. This was identified as a bone spur by Dr. Reichert. Surgery at Waukesha Memorial Hospital by Dr. Reichert on October 6, 2014 was extremely successful, and I could not be happier with the results. Upon recovering from the procedure, the pain that I had experienced in my neck was gone. I was in the hospital over night. The office visit was on time and each person we spoke to was helpful. Dr Reichert is a great doctor and surgeon. He was helpful in the past with I feel a successful surgery and has a conservative approach to treatment. He is not out to do procedures that are not helpful to the patient but will suggest alternatives and surgery when needed.
This was the post-op visit after ACDF surgery. The surgery had been done two weeks earlier. Dr. Reichert answered all of my questions. He did an external exam of the incision site and explained expectations until the next visit in three weeks. He was very professional and did not make me feel rushed.
Dtr. Reichert is very good at his profession, he doesn't sugar coat things, and is very direct and takes the time with each patient. I highly recommend him.
I could not have asked for better pre - op care, procedure and post op care given by all of the people involved. I was especially grateful for the warm air blower that kept me comfortably warm,
I went to see the doctor for 2nd opinion on my lumbar MRI. Dr. Reichert was courteous and informative. He explained my MRI so I could understand. He gave me very good news. Office staff were courteous and helpful. When I was lost in parking lot, they were reassuring that I would be found and in time for my appointment. One option not on the "computer voice" on the phone is "do you need to talk to someone now?" To get help when I was lost, I resorted to picking option I was a doctor needing to talking to doctor. It was frustr... read more
