Absolutely terrible. One cannot get a human on the phone, or even get a call back. And before surgery, they'll inundate you with tons of repetitive emails and forms. Overall, they refuse to communicate. Please find eyecare elsewhere.
Dr. Kenneth Schor is the best Opthalmologist in Maryland, DC and vicinity! He did my cararact surgery and implanted the Light Adjustable Lens for me too! I was half blind and I had to quit driving because I almost got into a car accident one night. So I knew it's time to see an eye doctor!
