I have been seeing Dr.Erickson for over 15 years. He has always been amazing. I read a few reviews with other patient’s complaining about prescription issues. I can assure you, from my personal experience, its not an issue with Dr. Erickson. Pharmacy’s are out of stock on many meds. The moment I contact Dr. Erickson to let him know the pharmacy I had him send meds to is out of stock he will call it into the new pharmacy I request. He took the time to really listen to me and what I am going through. He is a very caring and compassion person. I feel I am able to cope with life much better since meeting him. Thank you, Dr. Erickson.
Had a decent experience at first but after a few months it seemed fairly common for Dr. Erickson to attempt to change appointments, often with short/little notice. Then issues with my prescription started to happen resulting in unplanned changes in my therapy, including incorrect types of my medication and/or quantity changes. The issue that convinced me to find treatment elsewhere was when I was billed for a "missed" appointment that had in fact taken place.
This office is impossible to get a hold of. No one answers the phone at this office. It always goes straight to voicemail and no one has ever returned my call. As a medical professional, it is impossible to coordinate care for patient's who are seen at this office. Very unprofessional.
