How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The waiting room here is spacious. It's shocking how little Dr. Sonnenschien seems to care about his patients. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
