Waited and hour to be seen and only seen 6 minutes… if I were an hour late you would have charged me and not seen me … how do I recoup my time and money I missed work to be there’s and overtime at that

Dr. Korseck gave me a great explanation about what my diagnosis was and made me feel comfortable.
Office visit was efficient, from check in, to X-rays, to exam room. Dr. Korcek was friendly and to the point, understanding that I use the fingers as a professional musician.
I actually saw Joe today. I got there an hour late, because that’s the time I on my phone, and I never got a text to confirm like I usually do. So glad they took me in an hour late.
He was very pleasant, great at listening and explaining. Was very considerate of his handling of my injury. Positive attitude. Made me feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable and reassuring .
Today I seen an assistant Doctor to Dr Korcek he was very thorough with his explanation of what the next step is.

Both arms and hands were tested for carpal tunnel by EMG testing. Electrical pulses in several locations with measuring nerve responses were done. Was shocking.
